A brave heart is an open heart. This practice will be about vulnerability, courage, and love. We will meditate, breathe and move in a way that will stimulate the heart chakra and help you feel more open towards life and its adventures. You can expect to work on poses like cobra, camel, and wheel pose, as well as their variations, and learn how to prepare the body in a way that makes backbending fun and feel good.
