This class will help you get grounded and sink deeper into yourSELF. The practice will begin with a dharma talk inspired by yogic philosophy and mythology. We will practice breath awareness and meditation, and then dive into the asana practice. With the help of bandhas (the energy locks in our body), we will create a sense of stability, support, balance and belonging. Get ready to work on asanas like the bird of paradise, warrior 3 and dancer. Flow with your breath, challenge yourself, and find grounding.
