That was the SEE.ESS.SPIELE kick-off event 2025!

The new culinary season at Lake Wörthersee kicked off yesterday with a spectacular evening in the specially erected circus tent on the Wahliss Wiese in Pörtschach. The kick-off event "ALLES ZIRKUS" was not only the atmospheric start of this year's See.Ess.Spiele, but also the official presentation of the new overall culinary concept Taste Wörthersee.

Around 150 guests experienced an extraordinary fusion of award-winning cuisine, artistry by the performance group SHAD and music by Julia Steen as part of the opening - an evening that touched all the senses.

In the ring: top chefs and culinary artists from the region, including casino restaurant Die Yacht, Electric Garden, gourmet restaurant Hubert Wallner, Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden, Parkhotel Pörtschach, Seehotel Hubertushof, Schloss Seefels, Restaurant Soleo, JILLY_Beach, See.Stern and Messnerei Sternberg. Together, they presented culinary delights that were as diverse and inspiring as the region itself.
