A little look into the bee box

Who are we?

We, the two owners of the "Kollnitzgreuther Bienenkistl," Karin Hinteregger and Christoph Weinberger, considered which animals we could keep on our farm. After much thought, we decided in 2018 to keep bees and breed Kreainer stone sheep.

Currently, about 38 bee colonies belong to the apiary of the beekeeping couple. The most important thing when working with bees is to be absolutely stress-free. The animals notice this and can sting more easily as a result. The family business is currently also working on its own exhibition room.

Back then, everything started with 4 candle molds; today we sell over 150 different beeswax candles for all occasions. (e.g., Christmas, Easter, year candles, birthday, Valentine's, and Mother's Day candles).

Our product range also includes other honey products such as honey, honey nuts, liqueurs, as well as oxymel, flower pollen, and propolis products (drops, cream, lip care).

From our agriculture, various herb and fruit juices, jams, and chutneys are produced. Lambskin and other specialties complete our assortment.
In our gift boxes, which are individually assembled, our variety can be wonderfully gifted.

Our specialties are available at the Genussladen St. Paul, in the House of the Region in Wolfsberg, at R&S Kreativwerkstatt, as well as every first Thursday of the month at the "Genussplatz" in St. Paul.
