Image Use Policy - Photographers

You entitle the client a permission to use work. This permission grants unlimited right of use with regards to content, duration and area (territory), in which the permission to use work applies to all currently known and prospective channels to utilize content including the rights of use in online networks, particularly the internet. This assignment of rights further includes the editing in all forms and technical procedures, if in doing so the personal rights of the image author might not be encroached and the original message of the picture shall not be altered substantially.

In particular you grant Region Wörthersee-Rosental Tourismus GmbH the right to:

- use pictures any number of times with regards to content, duration and area (territory) in all digital media (e-media, videos, social media, website, newsletter) or on all types of media.

- to publish, duplicate and/ or distribute the pictures in other media such as internet or social media or to assign someone to do so.

- digitalization or electronic storing as well as archiving of pictures in physical or electronic form.

- use pictures for all types of marketing activities.

By responding to our request using the hashtag #yesvisitwoerthersee you confirm that:

- the pictures being provided are your personal work; or you have the personal right to use the pictures and you are therefore entitled to grant Wörthersee Tourismus GmbH the unrestricted use.

- You furthermore assure, that there are no third-party rights on image, text or video footage and there are no circumstances which might affect a use according to the agreement. In terms of enforcing titles by third parties against Wörthersee Tourismus GmbH, you hold Wörthersee Tourismus GmbH absolutely harmless.

- the pictures don't violate existing law and especially don't contain criminal contents such as:

- The pictures don't violate author- or personal rights.

- The photographer has obtained approval of pictured persons (model release) before taking the photos. Reportage photography is excluded from this obligation.

- Data and pictures do not contain any illegal, pornographic, inflammatory or racist contents.
