René Zupanc-Winter

René Zupanc-Winter ist Chefkoch im Das Seepark Wörthersee Resort in Klagenfurt. Seine fundierte Ausbildung absolvierte er im renommierten Thermenhotel Ronacher in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Prägende berufliche Stationen führten ihn unter anderem in den Almhof Schneider nach Lech am Arlberg, sowie nach Mallorca ins Restaurant Fera von Simon Petutschnig.

Weitere kulinarische Erfahrungen sammelte er auf Reisen durch Thailand und Spanien, wo er sich intensiv mit der asiatischen und mediterranen Küche auseinandersetzte. René Zupanc-Winter steht für MEDITER-ASIAN (mediterrane Kochkunst mit asiatischen Elementen).

Nach vielen internationalen Stationen möchte er nun in seiner Heimat kulinarische Fußspuren setzen und fokussiert sich dabei auf höchste Qualität und Präzision sowie einen unermüdlichen Einsatz in der Küche.
