KÜCHENCHEF - WERZER’S BADEHAUS RESTAURANT 


Der gebürtige Steirer absolvierte seine Lehrjahre in einem kleinen Hotel am Fuße des Hochschwab.

Nach bereits über 20 Saisonen, die Michael unter anderem in Obertauern, am Wörthersee aber auch am Arlberg verbrachte, wo er zuletzt als Sous Chef tätig war, übernahm er im Frühjahr 2018 die Leitung der Küche des Werzer’s Badehaus Restaurants.

Seine Inspiration holt er sich in seiner Freizeit beim Wandern in der Natur, wo manche Ideen entstehen, die dann auf seiner Speisekarte zu finden sind.
