Gabriele Köchl is an expert in wild herbs and wild mushrooms, cookbook author and one of the most knowledgeable voices regarding the kitchen of the forest. In her KÖCHELEI in Viktring, she takes guests into the world of Carinthian mushrooms – from classic Gröstl to tartare, spring rolls and Indian curry. A course that shows how inexhaustible the forest is
