The Maria Tusch Women's Prize of the City of Klagenfurt honors outstanding commitment to girls, women, and gender equality.
Named after Maria Tusch (1868–1939), a prominent tobacco worker, trade unionist, and national council member who advocated for the rights of female workers, the prize aims to make feminist and equality-related initiatives visible and promote them.

The prize is awarded annually and recognizes projects or individuals who have distinguished themselves through outstanding activities for women and gender equality in Klagenfurt.
Selections are made by an independent expert jury that evaluates nominations based on a point system. The nomination with the highest score receives the prize.
