Yoga im Centris mit alenasana

Gönn dir eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag und starte entspannt in den Abend. Im August lädt Alena jeden Dienstag um 18:00 Uhr zu einer Yoga-Einheit bei uns im Centris ein - für alle, die Körper und Geist etwas Gutes tun möchten.
