This special evening of the Genussregion Riegersburg, held in celebration of the upcoming Koralmbahn opening in December, features one of the most popular evenings of the “Days of Alpine-Adriatic Cuisine”: this year with star chef Peter Troißinger Jr. from the Hotel Restaurant Malerwinkl in Peter Troißinger was a “master cook” at the Hotel 4 Jahreszeiten in Hamburg and at the Interconti in Cologne. Currently, the sibling duo Anna and Peter Troißinger Jr. and their father run the 3-hat establishment, restaurant, and art hotel in Hatzendorf near Fehring. Alongside this career path, Peter Troißinger has been involved with art from a very early age. Through the creative design of dishes, he transitions to the artistic design of the ambiance.
