Kniesek bakery
Welcome to the Kniesek bakery, where the baker's craft is at the forefront. Selected raw materials and a variety of breads and pastries are prepared fresh daily. Master baker Josef Kniesek took over the company in 1965 and ran it until 1994, when the company was converted into a limited partnership. Master baker Alexander Kniesek is now the third generation to run the family business at the same location in Mallnitz.
