Der Schädel, das Schulterblatt und die Sakralplatte (Kreuzbein) sind deine wichtigsten Indikatoren, um den Zustand deiner Körperhaltung zu erkennen! Dein Kopf sollte direkt über den Schulterblättern sitzen und das Kreuzbein setzt die Bedingungen für das neutrale Becken. Sehr selten sitzen oder stehen wir in optimaler Haltung. Ob unsere Nackenmuskulatur verspannt ist, wir uns »steif« fühlen, der untere Rücken klagt oder einfach alles nur knackt und knarzt - wir wissen ziemlich genau, dass unser Körper »out of whack« ist. Die meisten von uns verbringen (zu) viele Stunden am Tag in einer zusammengekauerten Position vor einem Computer. Home Office und Zoom Calls lassen grüßen. Sobald wir aus dieser Position in eine stehende Position wechseln, verspüren wir sofort diese Schockwelle durch unseren Körper schießen.
