Lerne deinen Körper besser kennen und entdecke, wie du im Einklang mit deinem natürlichen Rhythmus leben kannst. Dein Zyklus ist mehr als nur Biologie – er beeinflusst deine Energie, Stimmung und dein körperliches Wohlbefinden. 

In diesem Workshop erklärt dir Frauenärztin Dr. Verena Lessiak auf verständliche und einfühlsame Weise, was in den einzelnen Zyklusphasen in deinem Körper passiert. Darauf aufbauend erhältst du alltagstaugliche Impulse, wie du dich in jeder Phase optimal unterstützen kannst – durch bewusste Bewegung, passende Ernährung und achtsame Selbstfürsorge. 

Ein wertvoller Raum für Wissen, Verständnis und eine tiefere Verbindung zu deinem eigenen Körper.
