Gemeinsam eröffnen wir das Namaste am See Festival 2026 mit einem kraftvollen und zugleich emotionalen Warm-up: Inside Flow mit Hie Kim.

Inside Flow ist eine moderne Vinyasa Flow Choreografie, die synchron auf einen ausgewählten Pop-Song abgestimmt ist. Atem und Bewegung verschmelzen mit der Musik zu einer fließenden Einheit – fast wie ein Tanz auf der Matte.

Dich erwarten:

  • fließende Sequenzen im Rhythmus der Musik
  • emotionale Momente, die unter die Haut gehen
  • eine perfekte Mischung aus Ästhetik, Schweiß und Storytelling
  • ein gemeinsamer Start voller Energie, Verbindung und Flow
