Über Ondrey

Ondrey ist der Gründer und Resident DJ von Ecstatic Dance Prague in der Tschechischen Republik. Er hat den ekstatischen Tanz 2019 in sein Heimatland gebracht. Er teilt seine Zeit zwischen Prag und Bali auf und baut derzeit auf Bali ein Retreat-Zentrum für Selbstentfaltung auf. Ecstatic Dance hat sein Leben tiefgreifend verändert, und seine Mission ist es, seine Wirkung mit anderen zu teilen.


Ecstatic Dance (Ekstatischer Tanz)

Ecstatic Dance ist eine freie Bewegungsform, die es Menschen ermöglicht, sich durch Tanz auszudrücken, ohne Choreographie, Urteil oder Reden. In der Regel wird er von einem DJ angeleitet, der eine Reise zu Musik kreiert, die eine tiefe emotionale und körperliche Befreiung fördert. Die Erfahrung wird oft von Achtsamkeit, Absichtserklärungen und einem Gefühl der Verbundenheit mit sich selbst und anderen begleitet. Ecstatic Dance hat seine Wurzeln in alten Traditionen und ist zu einer globalen Bewegung geworden, die Freiheit, Heilung und Gemeinschaft durch Bewegung fördert.
