Ondrey is the founder and resident DJ of Ecstatic Dance Prague in the Czech Republic. He brought ecstatic dance to his home country in 2019. He splits his time between Prague and Bali and is currently building a retreat center for self-development in Bali. Ecstatic Dance has profoundly changed his life and his mission is to share its impact with others.

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a free form of movement that allows people to express themselves through dance, without choreography, judgment or talking. It is usually led by a DJ who creates a journey to music that promotes deep emotional and physical release. The experience is often accompanied by mindfulness, intention setting and a sense of connection with self and others. Ecstatic Dance has its roots in ancient traditions and has become a global movement that promotes freedom, healing and community through movement.
