The most important answers to your questions

Where does the festival take place?

The festival will take place in Pörtschach on Lake Wörthersee. The locations will be, as usual, the Flower Island (aka Yoga Island) in the Promenade Pool, as well as the Congress Center Wörthersee (CCW). Additionally there will be a meditation at the Pyramidenkogel at sunrise.

What is included in the festival ticket?

The ticket price includes access to all yoga sessions and social program points. Each participant will also receive a welcome bag with great gifts.

What does the ticket cost?

The ticket costs 299€ for the whole weekend.

Is the ticket personal?

No, the ticket is not personal.

Can I resell/cancel the ticket?

If you can't come but you already have a ticket, you can resell it. Please understand that we do not cancel tickets. The only exception is if we have to cancel the event due to the pandemic law or restrictive event regulations that make it impossible to hold the event. In this case we will cancel the tickets and you will get your money back on your chosen payment method.

Which teachers will be teaching?

The following teachers will be teaching:

Anna Posch, Hie Kim, Yogalexia, Marc Holzman, Sara Ticha, Marcel Clementi, Katchie Ananda, Jelena Lieberberg, Maria Abel, Maria Jamnik, Mathieu Boldron. You can find the times, locations, etc. in the Festival Line-Up menu item.

Where are the food options?

This year the Food Plaza will take place at Rana's Reastaurant on the shores of Lake Wörthersee. Additionally, numerous restaurants around the event locations are open and looking forward to your visit!

Are there partner accommodations?

Yes - on our website under partner accommodations you will find establishments that are offering a special yoga event for you. It's worth a click!

Will there be day tickets?

Yes - after the blind booking and Early Bird prices have expired, there will also be day tickets for sale at the price of 189€.

Unfortunately, I can't attend the festival after all due to personal reasons and I have already bought the ticket. Can I please cancel it or get a voucher for next year?

We do not have any cancellation or credit options for tickets that have already been purchased. However, you can resell your ticket to someone else - as it is not personal.

What happens if the event has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 variants?

Then you will get the full ticket price returned to your used means of payment. The tickets lose their validity and have to be bought again at the next event.

Can I borrow mats?

Unfortunately we do not have a mat rental. If someone has forgotten/lost their mat, we also offer Namaste am See yoga mats in our merchandising store at a price of 44,90€. You can also check out the yoga bazaar in the foyer of the Congress Center Wörthersee - maybe you will find something nice there ;)

Are you also doing something for sustainability?

We try to organize the event as sustainable as possible and don't give out plastic bottles as giveaways. There will be water and tea stations where you can fill your bottles. In addition, no unnecessary print advertising material will be printed. You can find all the information online or via our visitwoerthersee app.

Is there a place to fill up my water bottle?

There will be a water station at the CCW. In addition, water in Carinthia from the tap is also drinkable at all times in the restroom facilities.

Do I get a reduced entrance fee to the Promenade Band?

The entrance to the Promenadenband is free of charge for you if you show your event wristband.

Do I have to bring my own equipment to the festival?

Yes, please bring everything you use for your yoga sessions to the festival. That means: in any case your mat and a water bottle. If you like to use a block, strap as a support, then please bring this as well. But there will be no units so that you will absolutely need the utensils.

Is there a supermarket nearby where I can buy something quickly?

Yes, there is a Billa very close by.

What is the best way to reach the festival? Is there a parking lot right in front of the venues?

We have a pretty cool travel widget where you can enter your location and your destination and the tool will show you all possible connections (travel routes, but also public transport from A to B) and also calculate the travel costs.

Under partner accommodations you will also find all yoga accommodation partners. If you still want to stay somewhere else, you can find our availabilities in the whole region most quickly under"Sleeping" on www.woerthersee.com-Website.

Most accommodations will have parking spaces available for you. And Pörtschach is not that big - everything can be reached on foot. Nevertheless, there is a larger parking area near the locations. At the Congress Center you can park at the free parking lot on Kärntner Straße. And near the Promenadenbad there is also a public parking lot.

Are there also bicycles I can borrow to get from the Congress Center to the Promenadenbad faster?

You can rent bikes for the period at the tourist information office in Pörtschach. Many accommodations also offer bike rental directly - it's best to ask there first.

I received the Wörthersee Plus Card from my accommodation. What is it? What can I do with it? How can I use it?

With the Wörthersee Plus Card all guests in the region of Wörthersee, Klagenfurt and Central Carinthia receive their key to countless experiences and discounts. Already from the first overnight stay you receive the free card and thus over 200 advantages.

Can I pay with ATM at the festival area? If no - is there one nearby?

No - unfortunately not. But it is possible that one or the other merchant of the yoga bazaar offers an ATM function. But I wouldn't assume that and rather take some cash with you. You will find the nearest ATM diagonally opposite the Congress Center.
