The Carinthian Golf Club Dellach was founded in 1927 and stands for golf in the classical sense. It is one of the oldest and most traditional clubs in Austria.
Located on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee, the course is nestled in one of the most scenically impressive areas of the Alps-Adriatic region. The course of the Carinthian Golf Club was created in the 1920s by a French golf course architect as a 9-hole course, and in 1954 it was expanded to an 18-hole course.
Currently, around 600 members enjoy the amenities of the modern golf course. The combination of scenic beauty and attractive vacation offers attracts numerous prominent golfers to tee off every year. Around the Carinthian golf club a multiplicity of excellent hotels and first-class restaurants is to be found. A special highlight besides the stylish ambience is the immediate vicinity of Lake Wörthersee. Located directly on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee, the course is characterized by its slightly undulating structure with moderate slopes.
The 18-hole course is one of the most challenging golf courses in Austria and is the venue for international and Austrian golf championships. At the end of the round you can finish your game in the exquisite 19th hole.
