Event Conditions of Participation / Disclaimer / Declaration of Consent Image Rights

Children and teenagers are welcome at the Pink Lake Beach Club! However, we ask for your understanding that to the evening events the entrance for teenagers is only allowed from 16 years on in company of an adult.

Swimming on the beach is only allowed for swimmers and is at your own risk. Any other use of the area is also at your own risk.

Participation in all Pink Lake events is at your own risk, therefore Wörthersee Tourismus assumes no liability whatsoever for any injuries and/or adverse health consequences.

The participants of the event agree that photos and videos taken during the event can be used for advertising purposes. The pictures and video recordings will be used exclusively to promote the region of Lake Wörthersee.
