In der zweiten Folge begrüßt Moderatorin Lisa Überbacher Yoga- und Movement-Coach Jelena Lieberberg, die auf Instagram unter dem Namen "Kick Ass Yoga" fast 460.000 Follower begeistert.

Jelena Lieberberg, die in Berlin lebt, ist eine feste Größe in der internationalen Yogaszene und bekannt für ihre kraftvollen Yogaeinheiten. In dieser Podcast-Folge gibt sie spannende Einblicke in ihren Werdegang von der Moderatorin und Sängerin zur gefragten Yogaexpertin. Außerdem teilt sie praktische Tipps für kurze Yogaeinheiten im Büro und räumt mit gängigen Vorurteilen über Yoga auf.

Natürlich muss sich auch Jelena wieder in drei spannenden Spielen beweisen, um ihre Redezeit zu verdienen – es bleibt also garantiert unterhaltsam!

 

Ein besonderes Highlight ist, dass Jelena vom 24. bis 26. Mai beim "Namaste am See" Yogafestival in Pörtschach am Wörthersee als eine von 12 Lehrerinnen dabei sein wird. Das Festival ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, ihre inspirierenden Yogaeinheiten live zu erleben und in die Welt des Yoga einzutauchen.
