Youth Hostel Cap Wörth has 229 beds, is situated right next to the Wörthersee and offers everything you need for a relaxing and varied holiday: beach, sunbathing lawn, sports facilities, kid’s playground, park, forest, and lots more... All of our 4 singles, 17 doubles and 55 3-6 bed apartments have their own shower, anteroom and toilet. In the basement and ground floor there is an internet-café for guests, a pub, sauna, a games room, gym, computer training room, multifunctional common and seminar rooms as well as a Stüberl (cosy Austrian style common room). One large hall with a stage and theater equipment completes our wide range of rooms. Each of the 3 floors has its own common room with satellite TV. Furthermore, 5 room units are designed for handicapped people. Our hostel’s highlight is the spacious indoor swimming pool There is an on-site car park for our guests. As an additional service we offer a lockable bicycle shed as well as heated ski and shoe rooms. The hostel team will be happy to assist you in planning your program. We cooperate with a travel operator specialized in school sports weeks and organize skiing trips to Kranjska Gora, Tarvisio and a Carinthian skiing region with the motto „Grenzenlos / brez meja / senza confini" There are many activities in and around Velden. Velden is a much visited place throughout the year. It was the scene of action of many films and has a casino. Its ideal location makes it the perfect base for leisure, sports, cultural, skiing, project and holiday programs. Velden has always been a favorite location for conventions and seminars due to the combination of a wide range of activities with a relaxed atmosphere In addition to a rich buffet breakfast we offer three-course lunches and dinners. Upon request we prepare small or large packed lunches for your trips. Drinks, cold and warm snacks as well as ice cream and coffee are available at all times. We also cater for seminars.
