From Ferlach Castle, head in the direction of Waidisch. Heading into the valley, you ride along a gorge until, after a steep climb, you reach the high valley of Zell Pfarre. The limestone of the Koschuta massif stands out imposingly against the deep blue sky. These mountains also form Carinthia's southern border with neighboring Slovenia. There are now just under 300 meters of altitude to climb. Now it's time to pedal hard - you've finally made it - you've really earned the delicacies at the Koschutahütte. Via Zell, Freibach and St. Margareten you get to the Drau cycle path and back to Ferlach.
