In der Delphinpose ist der kurze Hebelarm, der durch deinen Unterarmen definiert ist, der Spiegel, der dir über jede Einschränkung in deiner myofaszialen Leitbahn (Rückenlinie) Klarheit gibt. Stelle dir die Faszie wie einen Ganzkörperpyjama vor, der sich von der Unterseite deiner Füße bis zur Schädeloberseite erstreckt.
