Georg Klammer absolvierte seine Lehrjahre im haubengekrönten Romantikhotel Post in Villach. Nach zahlreichen Stationen im In- und Ausland wie beispielsweise dem First Class Gourmet Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Südtirol/Italien oder im Las Dunas Beach Hotel Spanien machte er sich in Villach sesshaft und wurde zum Häuslbauer.


Zuletzt war er Küchenchef im Hotel Karnerhof am Faaker See, ein Restaurant das nicht nur zu den Top 20 Lokalitäten von Kärnten gehört, sondern auch mit 2 Hauben ausgezeichnet ist.

Georg Klammer ist seit Mai 2016 Küchenchef im Werzer's Seerestaurant und wartet täglich mit neuen genussvollen Kreationen und Ideen auf.
