Daily train connections from St. Veit, Klagenfurt and Villach every half hour. Arrive easily and comfortably.

Shuttle bus Pyramidenkogel | Advent boat trip

A shuttle bus runs between Velden - Reifnitz - Maria Wörth and the observation tower on the Pyramidenkogel on Advent market days. The Wörthersee Schifffahrt connects the towns of Klagenfurt - Maria Wörth - Pörtschach - Velden by scheduled boat.

In order to make your stay at Velden Advent as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible, we would like to draw your attention to the following points in advance:

  • In order to get a place on our Advent ships with 100% certainty, we recommend that you book the tickets for your travel group in advance.   • We would like to suggest that you announce your group and number of travelers in advance at the restaurants and, if necessary, make a reservation.
  • For traffic reasons, we ask that you allow passengers to board and disembark at the marked "Bus Stop & Go" stops in the town center and park in one of the appropriate bus parking lots. (The bus parking areas can be reached via the Velden West freeway junction).
  • A public toilet is located directly at the "Bus-Stop & Go" stop and another one in the municipal office at Gemonaplatz.
