Thomas Eichwald from Hubertushof, deeply rooted in Carinthia, meets Phillip Rachinger from Mühlviertel. Two chefs, two regions – united by their passion for honest products and uncompromising flavor.

At the center is the kitchen itself: authentic, rough, and clear – shaped by direct work with fire. This evening is accompanied by Chef Florian Böker, a young hunter and host, whose connection to nature shapes the origin of this culinary experience.

Here, cooking is not just done – working over an open fire is the focus. Embers, smoke, and flames govern the rhythm of the evening, adding depth to the products and giving the dishes their distinctive character.

What follows is not a typical sequence of courses, but a journey through the wild – from the first experience of the hunt to the culinary finesse on the plate. The arc stretches from the first stag stalk to the wild duck, told in flavors, textures, and emotions.
