What can a person demand from you, when he knows that you have no choice?

The 19-year-old Else is on summer holiday in Italy when a letter from her mother suddenly disrupts the idyll: Her father is on the brink of ruin. Else is to ask a wealthy art dealer for money. He is willing to pay, but his help comes at a price: He wants to see Else naked.
The young woman is caught between family obligation and the loss of her own dignity, triggered by a man who shamelessly exploits her predicament.

A hundred-year-old text with astonishing relevance, newly adapted for the stage by Valerie Anna Gruber and Daniel Pascal.

In the Galerie Palais Fugger, the exhibition "Mediterraneo" by Harald Scheicher can be seen alongside. Opening hours: Wed - Fri 4 - 7 p.m. as well as on performance days starting one hour before the performance begins
