The challenge of dressing Leonard Cohen's incomparable and profound folk songs in the captivating, powerful garb of Klezmer music is considerable. It is a bold musical bridge that attempts to connect two worlds: the introspective melancholy and poetic expressiveness of Leonard Cohen with the vibrant, tradition-rich energy of Klezmer. These musical worlds not only face each other but merge through the vision and skill of extraordinary artists. 

The clarinetist Maciej Golebiowski has impressively demonstrated how he can revitalize the Klezmer genre with modern energy and interpretations. The Wladigeroff brothers contribute their masterful virtuosity and creativity as congenial and humorous musicians. And finally, Benjy Fox-Rosen – who is not only musically versatile but also deeply rooted in Jewish music tradition – perfectly complements the group. Together, these artists create a unique sound landscape that not only presents Cohen's works in a new light but also celebrates the deep emotional and cultural roots of Klezmer music.
