MUSICABANDA FRANUI & FLORIAN BÖSCH - Die schöne Müllerin

  • © KK

Florian Boesch, one of the most important bass-baritones in the world, and the legendary East Tyrolean Musicbanda Franui have come together for a reinterpretation of Franz Schubert's song cycle.

Florian Boesch, who was nominated for a Grammy Award for his recording of "Die schöne Müllerin," will be accompanied in this version by the instruments of the Musicbanda, which range from tuba to dulcimer, accordion, and harp.
Franui have been playing together in the same formation for 30 years and have conquered the music world with their incomparable sound from Innervillgraten. Like Florian Boesch, they have performed at the Bregenz Festival, the Ruhrtriennale, and the Salzburg Festival, among others.

Together they create a completely innovative interpretation of the song cycle and give the feelings of the wandering apprentice new dimensions and depth.
