The session is designed as an evidence-based masterclass that combines knowledge transfer, practical breathing techniques, and active participation of the audience. It is not an intensive breathwork workshop.

1. Introduction (10 minutes)

  • Why breathing is a fundamental pillar of our health
  • The connection between breathing, digestion, stress, regeneration, and longevity
  • Introduction of Anders Olsson and the “Conscious Breathing Method”

2. Knowledge Transfer / Presentation (15 minutes)

  • The challenges of modern breathing habits
  • Mouth breathing compared to nasal breathing
  • Excessive breathing (“overbreathing”) and stress
  • Impacts on sleep, energy, regeneration, gut health, and overall well-being

3. Guided Practical Session (20 minutes)

  • Consciously perceiving one's own breathing
  • Techniques for nasal breathing
  • Slow and steady breathing exercises for regulating the nervous system
  • Practical exercises that participants can easily integrate into their daily lives

4. Interactive Q&A Session (15 minutes)

  • Questions and answers with the participants
