Description
Give yourself moments of relaxation in nature and discover the diverse ways to use wild herbs in cooking and as a health precaution. During this guided hike, you will get to know valuable plants from the region and hear exciting and humorous stories about their effects and uses.
During the approximately 1.5-kilometer hike, participants will enjoy various samples from nature. These include smoothies, kombucha, herbal liqueur, wild herb spreads, herbal lemonade, fruit cheese, and other specialties.
The event combines nature experiences, knowledge about wild herbs, and culinary enjoyment. Additionally, organic-certified herbal products can be purchased on-site.
In case of bad weather, an alternative lecture on "Wild Herbs with Health Effects," including culinary elements and a herb gift, will take place.
