Zentra was developed by women* for the everyday lives of women*, is easy to learn, and does not require athleticism. Zentra offers knowledge, behaviors, and self-defense and release options to recognize and change violent situations early and - if necessary - to fend off physical assaults as effortlessly as possible. The program is free of charge.
