Der Hambrusch - GenussBar

The restaurant "der Hambrusch" is a special tip for friends of the new Austrian cuisine. In the "Hambrusch" the landlord Martin Hudelist cooks himself and pays special attention to the selection of regional products. Seasonal focuses such as asparagus, mushrooms, pumpkin and Co. are of course not disregarded.

20 minutes by car from Klagenfurt, "der Hambrusch" is worth a visit at any time for an enjoyable meal, coffee and cake or a well-kept beer. Due to the ideal location directly on the cycle path or at the traffic circle in Grafenstein, the restaurant is also a first-class point to take a break and also very easy to find. Especially in summer, the wonderful guest garden invites you to relax and enjoy.

Seasonal highlights:

• In April and May there isLavanttal asparagus.
• Every Thursday in July and August there is a barbecue.
• In June and July, during the steak weeks, the kitchen focuses on first-class meat.
• In August there are fish specialties from lake and sea. "der Hambrusch" offers space for parties and celebrations of all kinds. There is room for 50 people in the restaurant, 20 in the GenussBar and up to 40 in the new winter garden. The newly designed wooden terrace under the chestnut trees also offers a beautiful ambience for various occasions.

The adjacent Hambrusch Hall of the municipality of Grafenstein with its 3 halls has capacity for up to 200 people.
