THE FORELLENHOF

The sustainable oasis where nature is lived and experienced

With the products and the offer of our trout farm, we want to convey an attitude towards life, a special attitude towards nature.

Our sustainable fish farm is located on a 3.5-hectare site, where we grow healthy trout and char from eggs to edible fish. Our fish ponds are fed by a very nutrient-rich stream with drinking water quality, which is crucial for the excellent taste of our fish.

The Forellenhof is located just a few minutes from the center of Klagenfurt and offers an exclusive farm store & gastronomy as well as an experience for the whole family.


Opening hours farm store:
Thursday to Saturday from 17:00 to 22:00
Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00

Cuisine:
Thursday from 12:00 to 17:00
Friday to Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00 (Steckerlfisch, smoked trout and Pinsa)

The trout pond is open during the farm store opening hours.

Private events with longer opening hours by arrangement.

You are also welcome to contact us outside opening hours.
