Located just 15 minutes from Klagenfurt at one of the most beautiful places in Kärnten you will find the “GENUSSWIRT” (Pleasure Landlord) at the Pyramidenkogel. Here we will spoil you with classics from the traditional Genusswirt cuisine like grilled Black-Angus-Beef-Schnitzel or our homemade “Berner Würstl” (Berner sausages). We recommend Kärntner trout fillet supplied by a local fish farm at Sirnitz. Early risers will appreciate breakfast at the Pyramidenkogel. Small menus and snacks are also served – dine-in or take-out options are available. We certify that our products are obtained from local farmers and suppliers as well as from carefully controlled Austrian “Region of Delights”. Our meals are contemporary alternating with seasonable dishes. The big adventure playground at the foot of the highest wooden observation tower worldwide is dedicated to the young guests and called GENUSSFaktor (Pleasure Factor) Number One – romping, playing, climbing, discovering and much more are the attractions. In the meantime, the grown-ups may enjoy our culinary specialties in a relaxed atmosphere at the same time admiring the fantastic panorama of the Wörthersee (Wörther Lake) from our spacious sunny terrace. From there guests with children have the view over the adjoining playground-area.

From November to April our restaurant can be booked for exclusive events like company parties, jubilee celebrations, meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences or presentations – we, the GENUSSWIRT at the Pyramidenkogel, offer you an unusual location.In addition to the restaurant which you may book exclusively for your event during the off-peak season there is the opportunity to surprise your guests in the Skybox.
