Whether "Fit in Everyday Life" for young-at-heart 60+, yoga, or Pilates, various offerings are available for you, your children, or your parents. Initiated by a crowdfunding campaign in 2022, our course room accommodates up to 15 people, features a mirror wall with a ballet bar and sound system.
