Making it better every day is only possible by thinking beyond the baking sheet.
By considering what bread is. What bread is made of. How to
bake bread. What definitely goes in and what should never go in.
We leave out chemical nonsense. We don't need it, we don't want it.
We think about how to cut bread. What to spread on it. How to eat it.
What can be made from it. After all, bread deserves nothing less.
In every branch that bears my signature, you can be
sure that the bread feels comfortable in its surroundings.
Happy bread, so to speak. For this, we design our
branches in a very special way. This also makes
us and our guests happy.
We have refined recipes that have existed for a long time.
We experiment in the bakery and try
out various things in the kitchen that taste good.
Sometimes with bread, sometimes without. That we want to be good hosts
is self-evident to us. And you can feel that too.
