Vietnamesische Sommerrollen

Preperation

Reispapier-Blätter nach Packungsanleitung in Wasser kurz anweichen (nicht zu feucht werden lassen!), mit Salatblättern, Nudeln, Salatgurke, Kräutern, Garnelen und Avocado belegen und einrollen.

Die Sommerrollen zum Servieren mit Erdnüssen bestreuen.

Ingredients

  • 8 runde Reisblätter
  • 8 grüne Salatblätter
  • 4 Handvoll gekochte Bún-Reisnudeln
  • 16 Julienne-Streifen Salatgurke
  • Thai Basilikum, Minze, Koriander
  • 16 gekochte Garnelen in Scheiben
  • 2 Avocados in Scheiben

Sauce

Preperation

Knoblauch schälen und klein schneiden, in etwas Öl anbraten. Nach belieben Erdnuss-Butter und Hoisin-Sauce hinzufügen und verrühren. Mit Zucker und Zitronensaft abschmecken und Wasser hinzufügen, um eine Konsistenz zwischen cremig und flüssig zu erhalten.

  • Erdnussbutter
  • Hoisinsauce
  • Zitronensaft
  • Zucker
  • geriebene, geröstete Erdnüsse
