Three strong, internationally present musicians unite themselves and their individual preferences in the Austria String Trio: the celebrated violin soloist Benjamin Schmid, who has cultivated improvisation and jazz in addition to classical music since early childhood, the cellist Florian Eggner (Eggner Trio) and Wolfgang Muthspiel, exceptional jazz guitarist and composer, who has also been promoting a singer/songwriter project for several years.
