This hike is particularly suitable for families with children and leads along a forest path through the woods to the hidden Ruperti church. Legend has it that the hunters got lost during a count's hunt and were in danger of dying of thirst. The count vowed to build a little church at the spot where he would find a source of water. A stag appeared and when the count followed it, he is said to have found the coveted spring. He then had the church built, which is dedicated to the holy bishop Rupert. The spring is also known locally as the "water of the eyes", still flows freely today and can be used by anyone at any time.
