Forstsee
This tour leads to one of the most beautiful sections on the Wörthersee circular hiking trail. First it goes through the village, past the villas from the time of the Wörthersee architecture. At the Franzosenkirche, the path begins through the Roman Gorge. At the "Schönen Aussicht" (beautiful view) you have a wonderful view of Velden and Lake Wörthersee. Now it is not far to the Forstsee. Here you can also swim. Through the forest, the path leads directly to the Saissersee, which is the center of the Jeserz nature reserve. Via Kranzelhofen and through the romantic Teufelsgraben we return to Velden.
