SUP yoga on Lake Wörthersee
We exchange our yoga mat for a SUP board, and after a short technique introduction on land, we paddle out onto Lake Wörthersee. Yoga on the water primarily promotes core muscles, trains balance and coordination, increases awareness, and improves concentration. SUP yoga is about letting go, surrendering to the element of water, being in the moment, and above all, having fun. Suitable for yoga beginners and enthusiasts; no stand-up paddle knowledge required! Swimming skills are required!
Maximum participants: 10 people
Entry to the beach resort for SUP yoga is free – entrance directly through the restaurant! Premium SUP board from Fanatic can be rented for the course at a special price of € 13.

9:30 AM meeting point SUP Center Wörthersee at the Maiernigg beach resort, Süduferstraße 116, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee
Duration: approximately 75 minutes
Dates: Every Thursday from July 3 to August 28
Required equipment:
Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, drinking water
