Registration


Is there no other way to register than online?

  • No, only online registration via our ticket system "Eventjet" is possible.


Where can I get in touch if I have questions about registration?

  • Please read all articles about the registration conditions carefully first. If you still have questions after that, please feel free to contact us at info@woerthersee.com.


I am buying the tickets collectively for me and my friends. Do I really have to register every single participant of my group?

  • Yes, for security reasons every single participant has to be registered. We always have to know which participant is on which route. Therefore, it is also important to let us know if you are going to break off the hike or to make use of our pick-up service. Then we can remove you from the list of participants and always know how many hikers are still on the route.
  • In addition, depending on the applicable regulation of the Austrian federal government, we may be required to have all participants personally registered in relation to our Covid-19 prevention concept.


I received a Print@home ticket as pdf from Eventjet via email, what do I do with it?

  • Please print the ticket or save it on your cell phone. At the starter package issue or accreditation we will scan the QR code from the printed ticket or from the cell phone display. Then your ticket is validated. If a friend goes to pick up your starter package, please give him/her your ticket. Otherwise he/she will not be able to register you or pick up your starter package for you.


I bought a print@home ticket, but I did not receive an email from Eventjet with the ticket. What can I do?

  • Please have a look in your SPAM or junk folder of your email program.
  • If you did not receive an email with the ticket attached, please contact us at info@woerthersee.com - we will check together if your booking worked or if something went wrong during the booking process.


I have bought a ticket but cannot attend. Is it possible to pass it on?

  • No, for security reasons it is not possible to pass on a ticket!


How can I pay when ordering online?

  • You can pay with eps- and Sofortüberweisung. Internet banking is required and you must have your cell phone ready. Furthermore, you can pay with all major credit cards, for this you need in addition to the 3-digit security number on the back of the credit card always your respective security code (such as verified by VISA) for online payments!


I do not use internet banking or credit card, how can I buy the ticket?

  • It is not possible to book the ticket without online payment method or credit card. Please ask your friends/relatives if they can pay for you and give them the money back.


Why can I no longer register online for my preferred route?

  • The online registration for the different routes stops automatically and immediately when this route format is sold out.


Why is there no online registration / Eventjet window on the landing page at all?

  • If the entire event is sold out, the Eventjet registration window is removed. PLEASE ACCEPT THE CORRECT COOKIES OF THE WEBSITE (3rd part cookies) so that the ticket store frame of our partner can be displayed. If necessary, also check the general security settings of your smartphone or internet browser.


How do I redeem the discount codes?

  1. Enter the corresponding code in the discount field in the ticket window
  2. click "REDEMPT": only then will the discounted ticket category appear (in the container where all "normal" ticket categories were previously listed, a new ticket category with the discounted price now appears in bold)
  3. click on the new ticket category and continue with the booking process
  4. a query of all participating persons will appear. Please enter the exact contact details of all participants. This is very important due to the new Covid-19 regulations and also for security reasons ;-).
  5. Group registrations are not possible!


Is a late entry possible?

  • Yes, every event has a contingent for late entries. These can be purchased at the issuing point of the starter packages. The late entry fee is 10€ on top of the normal ticket price. There are no discounts possible for late entries.
  • There is no guarantee for the availability of a late entry. The principle "first come first serve" applies. As the organizer, we reserve the right not to issue a starter package to participants with late entries. All services during the hike itself will of course be provided.


What does a late entry cost?

  • The surcharge for late entries is € 10,- / participant, no discounts are possible.

kelag Plusclub Joker


My kelag Plusclub code is not working, what am I doing wrong?

  • Did you perhaps use the ID code printed on the Plusclub? This is because this is NOT the discount code for our events. The discount codes are added separately everywhere in the printed Plusclub info of kelag or the discount codes are also available online.
  • The kelag Plusclub discount codes must be e.g. "1plus1gratis", "plusclub" or similar.
  • However, the mere knowledge of the discount code is of no use when registering. You must present a kelag Plusclub Joker at the accreditation or start package distribution or prove the proper validation of the Joker for this event in the kelag Plusclub App. If you cannot do this, you will have to pay the full ticket price on site.


What is the kelag "1+1 free" ticket?

  • If you buy this ticket, you pay the price of one ticket, but you can register 2 participants. I.e. this ticket is valid for 2 participants. Please note that you must also provide the contact details of your companion when purchasing the ticket.


What is the kelag "50% Single Ticket?

  • You get -50% on the normal ticket price.


I bought a kelag "1+1 free" ticket but I only need 1 ticket. Do I get a refund?

  • No, unfortunately this is not possible.


I bought a kelag "1+1 free" ticket but the planned 2nd person is prevented. Will I get a refund?

  • No, unfortunately this is not possible. In this case the second ticket is forfeited.


I have ordered a kelag Plusclub ticket online, but cannot prove my redemption in the app when picking up the starter package. What happens then?

  • Without corresponding proof in the app, the event ticket cannot be issued and therefore participation is not possible. In this case, you will have to pay the difference to the full price of the ticket(s) on site.
  • If you do not want to pay the full price, you cannot participate. In this case there will be no refund of the amount you have already paid.


I ordered a kelag Plusclub ticket online, but forgot my Joker voucher when I picked up my starter package. What happens then?

  • Without the corresponding kelag Plusclub Joker voucher, the event ticket cannot be issued and therefore participation is not possible. In this case you have to pay the difference to the full price of the ticket(s) on site.
  • If you do not want to pay the full price, you cannot participate. In this case, there will be no refund of the amount you have already paid.



Kleine Zeitung Advantage Club


I am a member of KLEINE ZEITUNG Vorteilsclub, how do I get my discount code?

  • All information on how to redeem the Vorteilsclub bonus is explained in the Kleine Zeitung supplement "Bonus Magazin" before the respective event. If you have any questions, please contact the responsible staff member at Kleine Zeitung directly.


I ordered a KLEINE ZEITUNG Vorteilclub ticket online, but I can't show my Vorteilsclub card when I pick up my Starter Paket. What happens then?

  • Without the corresponding KLEINE ZEITUNG Vorteilsmitgliedskarte, the event ticket cannot be issued and participation is therefore not possible. In this case you have to pay the difference to the full price of the ticket(s) on site.
  • If you do not want to pay the full price, you cannot participate. In this case there will be no refund of your already paid amount.
