Before starting the hike, you should definitely visit the Maria Wörth pilgrimage church. Then follow the forest road up to the Pyramidenkogel with its observation tower. At 100 m, it is the world's highest wooden observation tower. The Genusswirt on the Pyramdenkogel invites you to stop for refreshments before starting the descent to Reifnitz. From Reifnitz, take the boat back to Maria Wörth.

From the boat landing stage through the village and along hiking trail no. 1 and 7 to the Pyramidenkogel. A visit to the observation tower is definitely worthwhile. You can enjoy a magnificent view over Lake Wörthersee, the Karawanken mountains to the south and the Nockberge mountains to the north. Continue to Reifnitz along paths no. 7 and 5.
