Bernhard Aichner – Focal Length

Bernhard Aichner (1972) lives as a writer and photographer in Innsbruck. He writes novels, radio plays, and plays. For his work, he has received several literary awards and fellowships, most recently the Burgdorfer Krimipreis 2014, the Crime Cologne Award 2015, and the Friedrich Glauser Prize 2017. The thrillers of his "Totenfrau" trilogy topped the bestseller lists for months. The novels have been sold in 16 countries, including the USA and England. With "Bösland" and "Der Fund," he continued his international successes in 2018 and 2019.
