Drei Jahre kulinarische Handschrift im Seerestaurant Rosé

Seit drei Jahren prägt der aus Simbach am Inn stammende Küchenchef die Küche des Seerestaurant Rosé in Velden am Wörthersee. Nach Stationen in renommierten Häusern wie dem Schlossstern Velden, dem Arthotel Elizabeth und dem Hotel Salnerhof in Ischgl sowie dem Seespitz Velden bringt er umfassende Erfahrung aus der österreichischen Spitzengastronomie mit.

Im Rosé verbindet er regionale Produkte mit internationalen Einflüssen und steht für eine moderne, klare Küche mit Fokus auf Qualität und Präzision. Heimischer Fisch, klassische Spezialitäten und mediterrane Gerichte werden zeitgemäß interpretiert und spiegeln die weltoffene Ausrichtung des Hauses wider.

Mit seiner Handschrift trägt er wesentlich dazu bei, das Seerestaurant Rosé als eine der gefragten kulinarischen Adressen am Wörthersee zu etablieren.
