Mit viel Gespür für Innovation und regionale Zutaten begeistert Markus Hammerschlag immer wieder aufs Neue. Nach internationalen Stationen in Berlin, Hamburg, Cannes und den USA ist der gebürtige Kärntner in seine Heimat zurückgekehrt und führt heute gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Jessica das Seegasthaus in Krumpendorf – eines der TOP-Jahresbetriebe am Wörthersee.
