Starter package issue at the Wörthersee hiking events
Picking up your starter pack at the walking events is important, because here you will find all the basic information about the route. It also contains your event wristband, which gives you access to many program points such as the "Finisher Pasta" or the possibility to take a finisher photo at Rico's photo box and also get it printed. By the way, there are also some gifts from our event partners in the bag - so it's worthwhile to pick them up several times ;)
In the starter package you will find the following contents:
- Event wristband - please keep it on your wrist until the end of the hike! (Entitlement to the finisher pasta and photo box!)
- Food voucher (depending on event format)
- #visitwoerthersee gift for all participants and attendees
- Wörthersee hiking map & hiking brochure
- Event folder with all important phone numbers such as: Pick-up service, emergency numbers, sign-out SMS number and much more!
- small gifts from our sponsors
When picking up the starter packages, please note the registration and participation conditions. The times when the starter packages and thus the registration for the event takes place, are predefined and must be adhered to. If you can't make it yourself, you can also ask a friend/acquaintance to pick up the package for you. However, this person will then need your ticket (digital or printed) and, if you have a reduced ticket, proof of the legitimacy of the discount (e.g. Kleine Zeitung Vorteilscard or kelag plusclub Joker). Who does not pick up his starter package, can unfortunately not participate in the hike!
For the disposal of not needed documents from the starter package, there are also sufficient trash cans available.
However, please note the following details:
- In the event brochure you will find the most important phone numbers - please take them with you in case of emergency or save them in your cell phone!
- Please leave the event wristband on your wrist until the end of the hike. Only by showing the wristband you will get a finisher pasta or you can take pictures with the photobox!
- If a meal voucher is given out at the event, it can easily be hidden in the starter package. Please browse through the hiking map, brochure, etc., the voucher unfortunately often looks for a really nasty "hiding place".
Picking up the starter packets at the Wörthersee Hikes
You can find the pick-up times of the starter packages at the individual hikes in the article of the respective event. In order to avoid unnecessary queues and waiting times, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Most participants arrive later and this causes long waiting times for everyone.
