With soundwave. a new boutique electronic music festival is being created at Lake Wörthersee, uniquely combining electronic music, summer, lifestyle, and international club culture. From July 17 to 19, 2026 Velden and Pörtschach will transform into an extraordinary festival stage right on the water.

Three days. Three sunsets. A new wave at the lake.

soundwave. does not see itself as a classic festival, but as a modern lakeside experience format that places music, atmosphere, and community at the center. Inspired by international hotspots like Ibiza, Mykonos, and the alpine regions of winter tourism, the festival brings a new way of life to Lake Wörthersee.

More than a festival

soundwave. connects electronic music with tourism, culture, and lifestyle. Together with the international media partner Mixmag UK a platform is being created that promotes regional creativity and positions Lake Wörthersee as a modern summer destination for electronic music and cultural experiences.
